This page explains the information Arbly collects during the private beta and how it is used.
Information we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address. If you sign in, we receive your ChatGPT account identifier, email address and, when available, display name. Signed-in members can also sync bookmaker preferences, saved prices, tracked bets and product settings.
How we use it
We use this information to operate Arbly, sync your account, invite users to the beta, improve product reliability and communicate material product updates. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
Member and waitlist data is stored with the hosted Arbly service. Device-only data may also be stored in your browser. We retain beta data while your account or waitlist registration remains active, or as reasonably required for security and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can use the public comparison workspace without signing in. You may request removal from the waitlist or deletion of beta account data by replying to an Arbly beta email.
Important note
This beta privacy notice is a practical summary and should be reviewed by an Australian privacy professional before broad commercial launch.
